Foot bath: Add 2–3 tablespoons of bath salts to approximately 5 litres of lukewarm water. After soaking, skin is cleansed and softened, leaving feet feeling calm and refreshed. Follow with a nourishing foot cream massaged into the feet.

Bath: Add a small cup of bath salts to the bathtub and relax for approximately 20 minutes.
